What a year 2024 had install for concerts. At least for the bands I’ve grown up listening too.

I’ve grew up in the 00’ punk era and seen bands like Blink 182, Simple Plan, Story of the Year, Green Day just to name a few having a big impact of my music identity. This being said, I certainly then move into a lot of K-Pop in the mist of 2005-2006.

I got to see a lot of my childhood bands in 2024 and hopefully it’ll continue in 2025 onwards. Being able to see Blink 182, Simple Plan, Story of the Year and I Prevail live in person was certainly an outer body experience as I never would have thought bands like these will come to Perth compared to states such as Sydney or Melbourne.

It was certain an amazing time that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I closed the year by flying to Sydney to see K-Pop senstation Stray Kids with my best friend. We managed to secure sound check tickets and it was certainly an experience we’d love to one day experience again with other bands.
